The Long-Read Unit offers assays for sequencing and imaging of long DNA and RNA molecules (Kb to Mb range) and for assessing long-range DNA interactions.

We work with instruments from PacBio (Sequel II), Bionano, and Oxford Nanopore (Flonge, Minion, Promethion) platforms.
