SHORT-READ UNIT

The Short-Read Unit focuses on major bulk sequencing applications, allowing the quantification of genomes and exomes, and of the transcriptome and epigenomic landscapes. Below can learn more about the short-read methods in our portfolio.

Our sample and library preparation workflows are streamlined using cutting-edge automation tools like nanodispensers and high-capacity robots. Sequencing is done on Illumina systems.

Additionally, in the OpenLab we can support project setup on BD Rhapsody and on the single-cell genome sequencing platform MissionBio Tapestri.
