The Single-Cell Unit offers a diversity of assays for profiling the genome, transcriptome and epigenome of individual cells.

The technologies we have established allow sequencing of one single cell up to millions of cells in a single assay. We offer support for different cell types from various tissues and species, using either plate- or droplet-based assays. Below you can learn more about the single-cell methods in our portfolio.

For the plate-based single-cell assays, we make use of our nanodispensers for sample and library preparation. The droplet-based assays are workflows from 10X Genomics, done with the Chromium Controller and Chromium X.
