1. GENERAL REGULATIONS

No data is collected on visitors to the webpages that could lead to conclusions about a natural person.
If personal data is to be collected on a webpage of TU Dresden (e.g. when registering for an event), informed, comprehensive and transparent consent is always requested in advance and in each individual case.
When accessing webpages in the internal area or those requiring a login, which are only accessible for members and associate members of TU Dresden, personal data is processed by TUD. This, however, is only carried out after receiving the explicit consent of the members of the closed user-group (members, associate members and guests of TU Dresden) and only for the purpose of authentication of the respective user.
If TU Dresden processes personal data in individual cases on its webpages, each affected party can, at any time, request information about the data processed that concerns them directly, as well as the possible recipients of this data to whom it was transmitted. Information must be provided by TU Dresden within one month of receiving a request.
