SAMPLE SUBMISSION
The key aspects of a successful project are in-depth discussion and careful planning. Thus, we strongly advise that you reach out for a consulting meeting before starting your experiments. Our team is happy to assist you and we will make sure the results are as best as possible.
To submit samples for sequencing, it is first necessary to have a laboratory project set up on our project management system Rosalind. For this, both the user who is submitting the samples and the head of the research group should have an account.
How to set up your account
Please write us an email with your information (full name, institute, email, telefone[optional]) and information from the head of your research group, if they don’t have an account with us yet. We will register you in the system and you will receive an automatic email soon after with the login details.
General guidelines and tutorial
Before preparing samples for submission and creating a Lab Project, please pay attention to our recommendations and requirements for each type of experiment. All information can be found in assay-specific guidelines on our InfoHub.
Once logged in to Rosalind, you will find relevant information on how to create a sequencing project and adding samples to it. You will also find a Tutorial section to guide you through the process.
Shipping samples
Please ship samples using appropriate and enough cooling, according to the type of sample being delivered. Information can be found in the workflow-specific guidelines on the InfoHub page.
