Goal

Identification of genes that are differentially expressed between two or more conditions

Requirements

• At least 3 replicates for non-human samples
• At least 7 replicates for human samples

Analysis

• Exploratory analysis, including Principal Component Analysis, sample correlation, and visualization of variable and highly expressed genes
• Differential gene expression analysis for single and two-factor designs (batch correction)
