Guidelines
This is a list of frequently needed guidelines. If you can’t find your workflow or application of interest please get in touch with us as many more customized or rarely used workflows are not covered by this list.
Bulk analyses
Bulk analyses are NGS workflows that normally start with isolated DNA/RNA material from more than one cell.
Single cell analyses
As indicated by the name of this section you will find guidelines for the analysis at single cell resolution where normally cells in suspension are the starting point of the workflow on our side.
- Guidelines for droplet-based single-cell | nuclei mRNA-seq (10X Genomics)
- Guidelines for droplet-based single-nuclei ATAC-seq (10X Genomics)
- Guidelines for droplet-based single-cell RNA-seq with fixed cells (10x Genomics Flex)
- Guidelines for droplet-based single-nuclei MULTIOME-seq (10X Genomics)
- Guidelines for plate-based single-cell RNA-seq (Smart-Seq 2)
Spatial genomics
Spatial genomics is the combination of histology, microscopy and functional genomics. We cover spatial sequencing1 and in-situ sequencing2 based technologies.
We are working on comprehensive guidelines for the following established workflows:
- Spatial sequencing with Visium, 10X Genomics (poly-dT primed, medium resolution, fresh-frozen and fixed tissue)
- Spatial sequencing with Visium HD, 10X Genomics (probe-based for mouse/human, high resolution, (almost) whole transcriptome, fixed tissue)
- In-situ sequencing with Xenium, 10X Genomics (probe-based, sub-cellular resolution, up to 5K targets, fresh-frozen and fixed tissue)
In the meantime, please contact us via email for guidance and help with your spatial omics experiments.
